Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close a section of an abandoned provincial road reservation, a segment of old Route 204 in North West Brook, Random Sound West (approximately 89 m²), as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to forever transfer administration and control of the subject lands to the Minister of Fisheries, Forestry and Agriculture.
