Under the authority of subsection 4(2) and subsection 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land to Nalcor Energy for an area not to exceed 25.6 hectares for the purpose of constructing a hydroelectric converter station in support of hydroelectric generation at Muskrat Falls, Labrador, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
