Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations
Under the authority of section 12.1 of the Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is satisfied that the combination of machinery and equipment in the industrial facility for Hammerdown Gold Mine Project meets the Best Available Control Technology requirements, in accordance with documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
