Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dr. Lawrence Alteen as Medical Consultant, in an acting capacity, in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective November 13, 2014, in accordance with the contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council. Dr. Alteen is to have Assistant Deputy Minister Status for the purposes of the Executive Council Act.
