Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Crown lands grant comprising an area of land not exceeding 254 m² (.0254 hectares), situated at Dark Hole Cove, Clarenville, to John Berghuis for the purpose of a parking lot subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
