Under the authority of paragraph 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown lands comprising an area not to exceed 260 m², situated at Port Saunders Harbour, to Robert Spence Patey, for the purpose of constructing a boathouse and wharf subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such Licences to Occupy.
