Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 22 of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the Human Rights Commission, for a five-year term, with effect from a current date:

a)            Dr. Smita Joshi, as Vice-Chairperson;

b)            Soraya Carrim White;

c)            David Lewis Oxford, on a personal basis; and

d)            Colleen Simms.
