Under the authority of section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to transfer 7,288 square metres of surplus land at Pasadena, substantially as shown in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Estate of Madeline English, subject to the terms and conditions and for the consideration that the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure considers appropriate.
