Under the authority of subsection 20(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer and other Newfoundland and Labrador public bodies, as required, to enter into contracts with Gartner Canada Co., as awarded through an open call process by the Government of Nova Scotia.
