Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and the Marble Mountain Development Corporation By-laws, and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bruce Hollett, as Chairperson of the Marble Mountain Development Corporation Board of Directors, in accordance with the terms and conditions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
