Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 52 square metres situated at Middle Gull Pond, in the electoral district of Placentia - St. Mary's, to Gerard Ryan for the purpose of constructing a boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
