Under the authority of section 20 of the Buildings Accessibility Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint the following members to the Buildings Accessibility Appeal Tribunal, effective from a current date, for a specified term:
a)   Mr. John Hearn, Chairperson, two year term;
 b) Ms. Patsy Yetman, Vice-Chairperson, three year term;
 c) Ms. Carrie-Ann Bugden, Member, two year term;
 d) Ms. Amanda Lush, Member, two year term; and
 e) Mr. Leon Mills, Member, three year term.
