Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds in the amount of $83,900 in 2022-23; $86,800 in 2023-24; and $89,900 in 2024-25, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a four-year agreement with Gartner Canada Co. for information technology advisory and research services.
