Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit funds in the amount of $3,555.67 for fiscal year 2022-23; $3,626.76 for 2023-24; $3,699.31 for 2024-25; and $2,182.88 for 2025-26, against its budgetary appropriations, to enter into a lease agreement with the Deer Lake Regional Airport Authority for 1,394 square metres of land at Deer Lake Regional Airport.
