Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals as Commissioned Officers to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective immediately: 

a) Acting Superintendent Sharon Warren to the rank of Superintendent; 

b) Staff Sergeant Ryan Wentzell to the rank of Superintendent; 

c) Staff Sergeant Danny Doiron to the rank of Inspector; 

d) Sergeant Stephanie Lagace to the rank of Inspector; and 

e) Sergeant Mitch Rumbolt to the rank of Inspector.
