Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Carol-Ann Gilliard as Assistant Deputy Minister, Tourism and Recreation, in the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts and Recreation, effective October 12, 2021, with salary at Step 14 on the 1500 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
