Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land, comprising an area not to exceed 54 hectares situated in the Town of Conception Bay South, in the Electoral District of Conception Bay South, to the Town of Conception Bay South for the purpose of commercial development and a residential subdivision, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
