Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the
Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Dan MacKenzie as
Associate Deputy Minister, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, effective
September 20, 2022, with salary at Step 15 of the 1988 Point Scale on the Executive
Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases
applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2024-036)
