Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure to sell 0.11 hectares of surplus land, located in Clarenville, to the Town of Clarenville, for the amount of $1.00, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed by the Minister.
