Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Janes, as Special Advisor to the Executive Council, on an acting basis, effective November 3, 2021, with salary at Step 12 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
