Under the authority of subsection 195(5) of the Highway Traffic Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to provide approval for the Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and Labrador to make regulations entitled “Licensing and Equipment Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
