Under the authority of subsection 4(l) and section 12.1 of the Energy Corporation Act and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-127, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to direct the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy to proceed to implement step-progressions along salary scales for persons not represented by a bargaining agent certified or recognized under an Act of the province, effective October 1, 2021, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
