Under the authority of subsection 4(1), section 11.1, and subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-128, to direct the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation to proceed to implement step-progressions along salary scales for persons that are not represented by a bargaining agent certified or recognized under an Act of the province, effective October 1, 2021, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
