Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 4(l) and section 12.1 of the Energy Corporation Act and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-127, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of Nalcor Energy to approve changes to the executive salary scales, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
