Under the authority of subsection 4(1), section 11.1, and subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, and subsections 245(1), (2), and (8) of the Corporations Act, and further to OC2021-128, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation to approve changes to the executive salary scales, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
