Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Valerie Snow as Deputy Minister of the Department of Environment and Climate Change, effective January 10, 2022, with salary at step 22 on the 2328 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
