Under the authority of subsection 6(1) of the Municipal Affairs Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby provides approval for the Minister of Municipal and Provincial Affairs to make the Order entitled “Dismissal of Debbie Brake-Patten from the Town Council of Kippens Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
