Under the authority of sections 12,13 and 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and paragraph 21(1 )(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following individuals to the Occupational Health and Safety Council, effective from a current date, for the term indicated:

Reappointment of Labour Representatives:

a) Mary Kathleen (Katie) King, on a personal basis, for a three-year term;

b) Kristy Reid, for a two-year term;

c) Robert G. Richards, for a three-year term;

d) Yvette Coffey, as Vice-Chairperson, for a three-year term;

Appointment of Management Representatives:

e) Rayna Luther, for a three-year term;

f) Leonard LeRiche, for a two-year term;

g) Liz Palmera-Nunez, for a three-year term; and

Reappointment of Management Representative:

h) Travis White, as Chairperson, for a two-year term.
