Workplace, Safety and Compensation Act and Independent Appointments Act
Under the authority of section 6 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, is pleased to reappoint Dennis Hogan as the Chief Executive Officer of WorkplaceNL, for a five-year term, with effect from a current date.
