Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby:

a) appoints Heather Jacobs Q.C., as Special Advisor to the Department of Justice and Public Safety, effective January 1,2022, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply; and

b)revokes OC2021-195, effective January 1, 2022.
