Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 30 square metres situated at Grand Bay West, in the Electoral District of Burgeo - La Poile, to Bryan Buttery for the purpose of a boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
