Orders in Council Database

Approval was given for the issuance of an Order in Council, pursuant to the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, to:

a) abolish the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring, Department of Health and Community Services, effective December 9, 2021;

b) create the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, Programs, effective December 9, 2021, with the following direct reports:

i) Director of Air and Road Ambulance;

ii) Director of Drug Programs and Services; and

iii) Senior Manager, Medical Transportation Assistance Program / Income Support Medical Transportation; and

c) confirm the position of Associate Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services shall have the following direct reports, effective December 9, 2021:

i) Assistant Deputy Minister, Programs;

ii) Director of E-Health; and

iii) Legislative Consultant.
