Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Andrea McKenna as Deputy Minister of the Department of Health and Community Services, effective December 9, 2021, with salary at Step 20 of the 2448 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a salary differential to apply of 1% above the salary of the highest paid subordinate until such time as, through normal step progressions, general salary increases, or otherwise, Ms. McKenna’s salary is greater than the salary of the highest paid subordinate.
