Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tina Follett as Member of the Public Service Commission, effective December 9, 2021, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
