Executive Council Act and Intergovernmental Affairs Act
Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act, section 7 of
the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, and sections 25 and 27 of the Energy Corporation
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of
Industry, Energy and Technology, the Minister of Finance, and the Minister for
Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into amendments to:
a) the Muskrat Falls/Labrador Transmission Assets Second Amended and Restated
Master Definitions Agreement required pursuant to the terms of the third federal
loan guarantee; and
b) the Labrador-Island Link Second Amended and Restated Master Definitions
Agreement required pursuant to the terms of the Labrador-Island Link investment.
