Energy Corporation Act and Transparency and Accountability Act
Under the authority of section 14.1 of the Energy Corporation Act and section 10 of
the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to authorize the incorporation of the Labrador-Island Link General Partner
(2021) Corporation and the Labrador-Island Link Holding (2021) Corporation, under
the authority of the Corporations Act, as non-Crown agent subsidiaries of Nalcor
Energy, to invest in and hold, directly or indirectly, ownership interests in the
Labrador-Island Link.
