Under the authority of section 14.1 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Nalcor Energy and its subsidiaries to

undertake the activities necessary to effect:

a) the capital restructuring of Muskrat Falls Corporation and Labrador Transmission

Corporation as required pursuant to the terms of the third federal loan guarantee;

and

b) the transfer of shares held by Nalcor Energy in Labrador-Island Link Holding

Corporation to Labrador-Island Link (2021) Limited Partnership as required

pursuant to the terms of the Labrador Island Link investment.
