Under the authority of section 18 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Nalcor Energy to enter into amendments to:

a) the Muskrat Falls/Labrador Transmission Assets Second Amended and Restated

Master Definitions Agreement required pursuant to the terms of the third federal

loan guarantee; and

b) the Labrador-Island Link Second Amended and Restated Master Definitions

Agreement required pursuant to the terms of the Labrador-Island Link investment.
