Under the authority of section 39 of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to direct the board of directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, as shareholder of Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited, to take all measures necessary to confirm the appointment of Mr. Ken Marshall as Chairperson of the board of directors of Churchill Falls (Labrador) Corporation Limited.
