Energy Corporation Act
Under the authority of section 18 of the Energy Corporation Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the delegation to the Minister of Finance
the authority to approve the terms of the financing commitment described in paragraph
(a) of OC2021-307 with such institutions as the Minister shall approve, and any
necessary documentation related to the financing commitment.
