Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Carter as

Executive Director, Mining Innovation, in the Department of Industry, Energy and

Technology, in addition to his current role as Chair of the Muskrat Falls Oversight

Committee, effective December 9, 2021, at his current salary and Point Scale of the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary

increases applicable to Executive to apply. (Revoked by OC2025-042)
