Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jamie O’Dea

as Assistant Deputy Minister, Business and Innovation, in the Department of Industry,

Energy and Technology, on an acting basis, effective December 9, 2021, at Step 10

on the 1404 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
