Under the authority of section 59 of the Public Health Protection and Promotion Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations entitled “COVID-
19 Vaccine Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of
the Executive Council.
