Under the authority of section 210.120 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador
Atlantic Accord Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to make regulations entitled "Offshore Area Occupational Health
and Safety Regulations", a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive
Council.
