Under the authority of OC2021-265 and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Net-Zero

Advisory Council, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date:

a) Kieran Hanley, as Chairperson;

b) Carol Ann Harding, as Vice-Chairperson;

c) Caron Hawco;

d) Dr. Nick Mercer;

e) Dr. Jonas Roberts;

f) George Russell Junior;

g) Dr. Angela Carter; and

h) Dr. Kelly Vodden.
