Under the authority of subsection 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a lease of Crown land comprising an area of 730 square metres situated near Incinerator Road, Foxtrap, in the Electoral District of Conception Bay South, to Capital Ready Mix Limited for the purpose of a right-of-way, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such leases.
