Workplace, Safety and Compensation Act and Independent Appointments Act
Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act and section 9 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Suzanne Hollett as the Chief Review
Commissioner to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division,
for a five-year term, effective from a current date.
