Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gillian
Sweeney as the Assistant Deputy Minister, Population Health and Wellness, in the
Department of Health and Community Services, effective January 19, 2022, with
salary at step 24 on the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with
normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to
apply.
