Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chelsea
Hellings as Assistant Deputy Minister, Evaluation and Accountability, in the
Treasury Board Secretariat, Office of the Executive Council, effective January 31,
2022, with salary at step 17 on the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
Executive to apply.
