Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Julian Ludmer
as Special Advisor to the Intergovernmental Affairs Secretariat, effective January 17,
2022, with salary at step 15 on the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation
Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
